Sales Executive

About this amazing opportunity: 

With significant growth opportunities, this role will develop and nurture a Victorian territory and the SA, TAS and WA markets which includes school suppliers, booklisters and independent retail.  Led by a passionate Sales Manager, the role is Head Office based in Victoria with flexibility to work from home - travel is involved.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring sustainable and ethically sourced products to students, children, parents and artists, selling to education and retail customers whose values are strongly aligned to our vision and purpose.

With a focus on building strong relationships and growing sales through educating our customers about our story, our brands and products, the role allows you to really own and develop your territory.

What it takes to be amazing in this role: 

We are looking for a talented and driven sales professional to:

  • • Learn and understand the needs of our partners and their customers

  • • Build strong relationships and educate our customers

  • • Create and implement partner business plans and seek new customers

  • • Contribute to national sales strategies

  • • Create and undertake call cycle activities 

  • • Be a product and industry expert and be across trends to identify opportunities

  • • Analyse results and draw insights to identify gaps and opportunities

Why you’re amazing! 

You enjoy a culture of continuous improvement and honest communication and have:

  • • Min. 5+ years’ experience successfully managing sales territories

  • • A love of people & a curiosity to understand customers

  • • A passion for sustainability and creative products

  • • Problem-solving, organisational and time management skills

  • • A strong work ethic, attention to detail and proactive approach 

  • • Ability to work autonomously and great communication skills

  • • Software proficiency and fluency including Office Suite and CRM 

Sales experience selling products is essential and working in the toy, education, stationery or art industry favourable.
