Our flat fee shipping means you can buy as many items as you like and pay only ONE shipping fee. Our fee structure is simple, costing $9.90 to major cities, $14.90 to regional areas within Australia, and FREE shipping on all orders over $150!

Most domestic deliveries take between 3-5 business days, but please be aware that delivery times may be longer than usual during website sales and holiday periods.

We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving. Please allow approximately 3 business days for deliveries to major cities and 4-7 days for country areas.

A signature is required upon delivery so please select an address where someone is available during business hours to accept the delivery. If possible, a business or your work address is preferred.

If a residential address is provided but no one is there to accept the delivery, a notification card will be left in your letterbox to let you know which Australia Post retail outlet you can collect your parcel from and the time that it will be available for collection.

To collect your parcel, simply take the card and some form of identification to the specified post office within its opening times.

International Orders

New Zealand: $19 flat fee. Free shipping for orders of $200 or more*.

Minimum - 4 Days | Maximum - 10 Days | Delivery Fee - $19

Rest of World: $34 flat fee. Free shipping for orders of $300 or more*.

Minimum - 10 Days | Maximum - 20 Days | Delivery Fee - $34

*Please note: we reserve the right to choose the freight option (air or sea). Should your order be required to be sent by sea (due to size or weight) we will let you know. This option incurs a longer wait time. Should you need the order quicker than sea will allow, we will need to charge you for air freight.

When completing your order details, remember to include a LOCAL telephone number as this is required by Australia's Postal Service in order for us to ship overseas.

International Customs Charges and Duties:

International (outside of Australia) orders may be subject to applicable sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Your order confirmation details only the charges Micador is collecting. Please contact your local government for specific details regarding any additional charges you may be subject to prior to placing your order.
