Mother's Day Gift: Give Mum a Break This Mother's Day

Now, you might be wondering why a copywriter would use the acronyms for part time and stay-at-home Mum. Let me tell you something I’ve learned since becoming a Mum six and a bit years ago. Sometimes we have a lot to say, but little time to say it! Time is such a precious resource, isn’t it? Time is finite, and it cannot be replenished. Sounds gloomy, but stick with me!
Obviously, the increased use of acronyms has annoyed me for a while, given my profession and all. I thought the only reason teenagers abbreviated everything was to get their Snap out faster (and maybe that’s not all that incorrect!). It must be said, however, that I’ve begun to understand why everyone has started using acronyms, and it’s not just Generation Zs!
I know it’s not just Mums who are short on time. There’s Dads too, and grandparents and aunties, uncles and friends; everyone is running their own race. But, in the lead up to Mother’s Day this Sunday, this one is for the Mums! Those days of hot bubble baths, tea and dates are few and far between when you’re chasing your tail and the little ones. Sometimes even using the bathroom alone is as rare as hens' teeth!
To celebrate Mother’s Day, and with the aim of giving you a little well-deserved you time, I’ve collated my absolute favourite, tried and tested Micador products for busy kids. They’re safe, easy-to-use, and are sure to give you some time off, without the FOMO.
